The Sérignan vineyards - Created in 1935 by a handful of wine growers, the "Serignan Vinyards" co-operative now groups together wine growers from four communes, Valras-Plage, Sérignan, Vendres and Sauvian. In this region, the soil is geologically very diverse, and the climate is influenced by the area's proximity to the sea. The vines produce not only fresh, fruity, smooth-tasting wines, but also deepercoloured, elegant vintages, perfumed with herbs like thyme, bay and juniper and spiced up with black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. All lovers of fine wines are welcome to visit our tasting cellar at Sérignan and discover the many vintages in the Vermeil du Crès range.
